International Shipment

Our Asia Warehouse supports fast & timely supply for international shipment. All these items will be shipped from our Asia Warehouse to you directly with OpticsWave Global Shipping Program (GSP).  

Delivery time is uausally 3-5days by FedEx,TNT, DHL, UPS.

Custom Duty and Cleance

You are responsible for all import taxes and duties that may be charged when your parcel passes through Customs.  

If you refuse delivery of a parcel due to import duties or taxes, you assume all liability for all costs involved in returning the item to us.

Q: How can I know if my order has been shipped?
A: Once your package leaves our warehouse, we'll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items' details. You can click the tracking number to track your package on the carrier's website.
